HAWKE APEX 413

The Apex 413 is a dual certified Exe/Exd cable gland designed for sealing the outer sheath of unarmoured elastomer and plastic insulated cables installed in conduit. It has a female thread, making it compatible with flexible conduit fittings where the rotating coupler is part of the fitting. The gland can be used with braided cables, provided the braid and outer sheath are properly terminated inside the enclosure. For Exd applications, it ensures compliance with EN 60079-14. Easy to install, it provides Exd Flameproof and Exe Increased Safety seals and is fully compliant with EN 62444.
